The hotel offered a hot continental breakfast. Absolutely perfect and nice location, it was short walk from a movie theater and a cathedral.

Variety of food at breakfast like scrambled eggs, bangers, and bacon. Brand-new & extremely pleasant rooms with great facilities for work and added extras. Magnificent and ideal location, to riverside.  

The location was central, close enough to the communal areas and a retail park and a short walk to the centre and waterfront. The room was 512 needed carpets cleaned and available with a sofa 

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice as it was short walk from restaurants and bars. I appreciated convenient placing of coffee, thoughtful tea making facilities, and a hair dryer in the twin room.  

High quality and spotless place, beautiful view of the cathedral. Well organised and friendly efficient staff members, on a request from us regarding gluten free food. Scrambled eggs, bangers, and bacon in the morning.

Magnificent location for christmas in Lincoln. Based near to the marina where there is a plenty of restaurants, centre of city and bars, restaurants and music venues.

Top-class room with a shower, decent views, for instance, exactly what we had in mind. Had clean modern amenities.
